Typography - Font selection

These are my ideas for texts for my magazine titles and fonts. I used a website called 'Dafont' which allows you to type any words you want into it and then select the different choices of font. I experimented with different fonts and sizing and decided that the most affective font which went with my magazines genre and style is the following font:

I decided that my magazine title will benefit from being in this font, I believe it is edgy and sends a powerful message which links to my music genre (rock) and will look appropriately selected on my front cover and other pages within my magazine. I have also decided to call my magazine as 'PULSE' as it connotes with the loud and upbeat music genre to which my music magazine is based on and the energy which runs through the fans and their passion for their music genre.
