I have researched into brands, clothing and items that link to my music genre of rock and I have created a mood board of which I have selected images of clothing in order to brainstorm ideas for clothing my model for our photo shoot. The images I found show a dark and mysterious dress sense which links to the colours of my magazine and my model will be dressed in dark reds and blacks to emphasise her uniqueness and passion for the music genre she is tied to.
I have researched bands and bands merchandise of which fans of the rock genre would be interested in, and the items again show a dark and punky nature which i will incorporate into my magazines theme and also my model and her image. An example of this would be dressing my model in dark colours with a red or intense colour to stand out from my magazines tones and create an alternative look for her makeup and hair to link with other rock female artists.
